Ayer fue un día intenso, donde por la mañana debatimos la idea para enfocarla con la ayuda de Jorge Mata. A continuación los cuatro grupos (Negocio, Marketing, Diseño y Técnico) empezaron a trabajar para ver lo que necesitaban hacer, el producto mínimo, lo que necesitaban de los otros grupos, etc.
Tras trabajar durante unas horas tuvimos la charla de Alberto Knapp donde nos habló de pensar en el usuario, en hacer que las webs muestren claramente lo que que el usuario espera encontrar en ellas, y en sus experiencias.
Continuaron trabajando haciendo reuniones los líderes de cada equipo para coordinar el trabajo. Se vieron los primeros problemas de enfoque, y de coordinación. Ya teníamos un boceto del logo, los distintos planes de negocio, la estructura básica de la red social y sitios competidores.
Antes de comer tuvimos otras dos buenas charlas, de Jorge Mata, que tras pasar toda la mañana con los distintos equipos, comentó sus experiencias, los fallos que había encontrado y sugerencias para el CEO y los miembros. Y justo después habló Alejandro Suárez que nos comentó sus experiencias a la hora de empezar empresas, la búsqueda de la financiación, y cuándo hace falta buscarla. Anteriormente también había estado con el equipo de negocio planificando las estrategias.
Tras comer un restaurante cercano a la universidad, los equipos volvieron a trabajar ya enfocados y con unas metas de cara a las 6 de la tarde que iba a haber una reunión con todos los equipos.
En la reunión cada equipo explicó en 5 minutos en lo que habían estado trabajando, qué necesitaban de los otros grupos. Hubo preguntas para aclarar algunos conceptos y estrategias; y se descubrió que había algunos fallos de comunicación.
Carlos López Barrio dió una charla sobre cómo innovar, como motivar a tus empleados y a ti mismo para que trabajen más y mejor, estrategias para innovar más.
Los equipos continuaron trabajando hasta las 9 y media, donde ya nos retiramos para descansar.
